This is how Bruce Lee developed his "Style of No Style" . He knew that there was no one fighting style that was superior to any other back then. In a sense he took what was useful, discarded the rest and added something uniquely his own. Thus the Godfather of MMA created the first Mixed Martial Arts style by incorporating all styles. 

     Bruce's fitness training methods had the same context. Training physically, mentally and spiritually were 3 separate and distinct entities. He consistently melded the 3 together in what he called "The Tao of Jeet Kune Do".
